About the Event
Color for Kindness is a 5K Run/Walk through picturesque Halfway Creek Park. You will pass through many color stations where you will get colored cornstarch rained upon you in this non-competitive race. You can run, walk, and bring the whole family! Strollers are fine.
Pre-race festivities for Kevin's Legacy 8th Annual 5K begin at 10. The gates for the race open at 11. When you return, you can get refreshments, bid on some awesome items in the silent auction, bounce away in the inflatables, and visit event sponsors.
The course starts and finishes in Halfway Creek Park in Holmen, WI. Parking is available on nearby streets. There is a golf cart monitoring the route for emergency situations. Wear your t-shirt and line up at the gates to begin your adventure. At the arrival of the last walker/runner, there will be a color explosion. At 12:30 p.m. we have a special guest speaker.
An email for packet pick-up times will be sent out closer to the event date.
